We Offer 3 ways to Book!

Pay a $100 Deposit to Reserve Your Event

Deposit is applied to your total and is non-refundable. You will receive an invoice for your remaining balance which is due 10 days prior to your event

Pay in Full at Time of Booking

Your Payment is refundable up to 10 days before your event, except for $100, which is non-refundable as your booking deposit.

Pay in Advance and Save 10%

Full payment will be taken at time of service and you will receive a 10% discount on all services booked. Payment is non-refundable

How to Book Online

  • Use the Drop down menus to select event length, options, and provide your event information
  • When checking out, please enter your event location as the shipping address. This will apply the correct county sales tax for your event location
  • We service all of Duval, Clay, St Johns, Nassau, Baker, Bradford, and Putnam Counties

Terms of Service

You are responsible to provide...

  • an 8'x8' space to set up the photo booth
  • 1 standard 3 prong outlet within that space
  • a safe environment for our equipment including, but not limited to, sufficient covering to protect the equipment from all weather.

Cancelation and Refund Policy for Deposit Only at Time of Booking

  • You agree the deposit is non-refundable if you cancel your reservation. 
  • You agree to pay the remaining balance no later than 10 days before your reservation date.
  • You agree that failure to pay your balance within that time will result in your reservation being cancelled, and your deposit will not be refunded.
  • We agree the $100 deposit, will be applied to your balance, and is not an additional charge
  • We agree to send you an invoice of all charges, and your remaining balance, which will include sales tax, within 48 hours of receiving your deposit.
  • If you pay your balance more than 10 days before your reservation date, and cancel your event more than 10 days before your reservation date, we will refund all additional payments, but the $100 deposit will still be non-refundable. 
  • If you cancel your reservation less than 10 days before your reservation date, all payments made will be non-refundable

Cancelation and Refund Policy for Pay in Advance, No Discount

  • You agree to pay all charges, including sales tax, at the time of booking.
  • We agree that the total displayed at check out, is your total balance due.
  • You agree that if you cancel your reservation more than 10 days prior the reservation date, we will retain $100 of the amount paid, and we agree to refund the remaining balance to you.
  • If you cancel your reservation less than 10 days before your reservation date, all payments made will be non-refundable

Cancellation and Refund Policy for Pay in Advance and Save 10%

  • By accepting the 10% discount and paying your balance in full at the time of booking, you agree that all payments are non-refundable if you cancel your reservation.
  • You understand that you are not entitled to this discount if your reservation date is less than 30 days from the time of booking. 
  • If you book this option less than 30 days from your reservation date, you will receive an invoice for the additional 10% and your cancelation and refund policy will follow the the "Deposit Only" terms

How we determine number of days before your reservation date.

  • "Days before your reservation date" does not include your actual reservation date
  • For example, if your reservation date is August 10th, and you have a balance due 10 days before, your due date would be July 31st (this would be reflected on your invoice)
  • Any Payments made after 8pm Eastern Time will process immediately, but all transactions made after that time, including, payments, reservations, and cancelations, will be processed by our staff the next day. Therefore in the example above, the July 31st payment would be due no later than 8pm on that day
  • This will be the method of calculation for any and all policies in which a number of days before the reservation date applies

Venue Parking, Access, and Damage

  • We will require a place to park 1 vehicle for the entirety of your reservation, including 30 minutes before and after your reservation time for set up and break down.
  • If there are any fees required to access your event venue, including, but not limited to, an entry fee or parking fee, you agree to reimburse us for any such charges.
  • If the only available parking is paid parking not associated with your venue, such as a meter or a paid private or municipal parking lot, you agree to reimburse us for such fees.
  • You agree to reimburse us for any damage to our equipment during your event caused by anyone other than craZshots staff. This includes, but is not limited to, event guests and venue staff
  • We will arrive at your provided event location 30 minutes prior to your reservation to set up. We are not responsible for delays if we do not have access to the venue set up at that time, the set up location is not safe or ready, or if the address you provided is incorrect.
  • If a delay in the start of your reservation is the fault of craZshots staff, we will reimburse you in 30 minute intervals at a rate of $50 per half hour.

Photo Access, Online Gallery, Prints, and Licensing

  • All Photos will be automatically uploaded to an online gallery for online instant viewing of digitals copies.
  • All guests, when taking photos, will have the opportunity to provide a phone number or email address to instantly receive a digital copy their individual photo(s).
  • You will receive a link to the online gallery where you can view all photos in digital form.
  • Online gallery can be accessed for 30 days after your reservation date.
  • "Instant" as it is used in this section, is dependent on available Wi-Fi and cell single at the reservation location. Poor single can result in delayed upload time, and no single may result in uploads occurring after the reservation when we have moved to a location with sufficient single and internet.
  • We retain license and ownership of all photos.
  • With all reservations, you are granted permission to share digital photo files, and post digital photos on the internet, such as to social media sites.
  • Photos MAY NOT be used for any for-profit purpose.
  • You DO NOT have license or permission to print any photos.
  • If your reservation includes 2"x6" or 4"x6" prints, for every guest interaction with the photo booth, 1 such print will be provided to 1 member of the group in that photo.
  • There is no limit to the number of interactions you or your guests may have with the photo booth during your reservation time. But due to supply of photo paper and ink, we can not guarantee unlimited prints. You understand that we reservice the right to stop issuing prints when supplies run out, which is typically around 100 prints, but this can vary.
  • For printing at you reservation location, a Wi-Fi connection is needed We are not responsible if there is not Wi-Fi available at your location, or if there is no cell signal for us to create a mobile hotspot.
  • If you would like additional prints other than those included in your reservation, such prints must be purchased from, and provided by, us.
  • As owner of all images, we reserve the right to use all images for advertising, marketing, or any other purpose.

Cancelation of your reservation by us

  • We reserve the right to cancel your reservation at any time.
  • If we cancel your reservation for any reason, we agree to provide you with a 100% refund of everything you paid, regardless of the refund policy you selected at the time of booking.
  • We agree to process your refund within 7 days, however, the actual time it takes you to receive your refund depend on your financial institution. 
  • You agree that we have no additional liability once your refund is received.
